Delete your account
If Tirovi is no longer part of your path, you can ask us to remove your account and everything tied to it. This works from anywhere - you don't need to open the app or sign in.
What gets deleted
- —Your affirmations, and their history in So far
- —Your My Why
- —Journal entries and reflections
- —Profile, account, and reminder preferences
What we retain, briefly
- —Purchase and subscription records, kept for a limited period as required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes, then removed
- —Anonymised usage patterns that can no longer be traced back to you
This is permanent. Once processed, your account and the data listed above cannot be recovered. If you have an active subscription, cancel it with your app store first - deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing.
Request deletion
Email us from the address on your Tirovi account. Sending from that address is how we know the request is yours.
Tell us your name and the email on your account. If your mail app is set up, this opens a message with those lines ready to fill in.
Open a deletion request
Requests are typically completed within 30 days. We will reply to confirm once it is done.
