Terms of Use

Last updated 6 October 2026

Tirovi is made by Hazel Hive AI Private Limited. These terms are the agreement between you and us about using the app. They are written plainly, because an agreement you cannot read is not much of an agreement.

The short version

Tirovi is yours to use for as long as you like. What you write belongs to you, and we do not claim it. Tirovi is a paid app with a 30 day free trial, and it is billed by Google Play or the App Store, never by us. If you stop paying, nothing you wrote is deleted. You can leave at any time and take your writing with you.

Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Tirovi, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who can use Tirovi

Tirovi is for adults. You must be 18 or older, and able to enter into a contract where you live. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly hold data about anyone under 18.

You sign in with Google or Apple. There is no password for us to hold, and no anonymous mode. Keep your sign-in account secure: anyone who can open it can read your writing.

What Tirovi is not

Tirovi is not therapy, medical care, or a mental health service. It is a place to write, and nothing in it is advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not monitored by anyone, and no one reads what you write. If you are struggling, please talk to a doctor, a therapist, or a local helpline. In an emergency, contact emergency services.

What you write stays yours

Your affirmation (the "I am" sentence you write about yourself), your why, your journal entries and everything else you write in Tirovi belong to you. We claim no ownership of them.

We store and process your writing only to run the app for you: to sync it between your devices, to show it back to you, to export it when you ask, and to keep a backup so you do not lose it. We do not read it, we do not use it to train anything, and we do not share or sell it. What we store and who else touches it is set out in full in the Privacy Policy.

Release Prompt is the exception in your favour: what you write there is never saved, anywhere, at any point.

One plan, three ways to pay

Tirovi has one plan, Premium, and it is the whole app. You can pay for it monthly, yearly, or once for life. There is no free tier.

The trial

The monthly and annual plans begin with a 30 day free trial. The trial is offered by Google Play or the App Store, not by us: the store asks for a payment method when you start it, and the store decides whether you are eligible, usually one trial per store account. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription and the store charges you the price shown when you started. If your trial is set to renew, the app will remind you two days before it ends. The lifetime purchase has no trial.

If your access ends

If a trial or subscription ends, nothing you wrote is deleted or hidden. Some of Tirovi stays open, and the rest pauses until you come back.

What stays open:

What pauses:

When you subscribe again, everything opens again at once, just as you left it.

Paying for Premium

Who bills you. Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store, depending on where you installed Tirovi. They take the payment, hold your payment details and issue the receipt. We never see your card.

What it costs. The price for your country is shown in the app before you buy, and again by the store at the moment of purchase. That price, in your own currency, is the price.

Renewal. A monthly or annual subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the then current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.

Cancelling. You cancel through the store, not through us: Google Play subscriptions in the Play Store app, Apple subscriptions in your device settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the period you have paid for runs out.

Refunds. Because the stores take the payment, refunds are theirs to give under their own policies. If something has gone wrong, write to us anyway and we will help where we can.

Lifetime. A lifetime purchase is one payment for Premium with no renewal, for as long as Tirovi is offered as a service. It is not a promise that the app will exist forever. If we ever had to close Tirovi down, we would say so well in advance and give you time to export everything.

What we ask of you

Use Tirovi for yourself, as it is meant to be used. Please do not try to break into other people's accounts or data, work around the sign-in or the paid features, take the app apart or copy it, hammer our servers with automated requests, or use Tirovi to do anything unlawful.

If an account is used this way, we may suspend or close it. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

Changes to the app

Tirovi will change. We add things, we improve things, and occasionally we remove something that is not working. If a change materially reduces what a paid subscription gives you, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect, and you can cancel.

Ending it

You can stop using Tirovi whenever you like. To delete everything: in the app, Profile, then Your data, then Delete my account. On the web, tirovi.com/delete-account. Deletion removes your writing, your history and your profile, and it cannot be undone, so export first if you want a copy.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription bought through a store. Cancel that in the store as well, or you may continue to be billed.

Availability, and what we can promise

We work hard to keep Tirovi running and your writing safe, and it is backed up and stored securely. Even so, no online service can promise to be available without interruption or free of faults, and we do not.

Tirovi is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of Hazel Hive AI Private Limited, except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change applies. Small clarifications will simply update the date at the top of this page.
